Job Description	Directs activities of weekend shift production Maintains production schedules and ensure quality standards are met in a safe and efficient manner Plans work load, makes assignments and trains new employees Completes performance reviews on production employees Administers company policies and procedures

Qualifications	Requires at least 3 years metal fabrication / manufacturing experience and prior supervisory experience. Lean manufacturing and 5S experience preferred
